Aftersales & Project Division
Keeping Critical Equipment Running Reliably, Safely, and Efficiently
Aftersales & Project Division
Overview
The AfterSales & Project Division plays a critical role in ensuring that the equipment and solutions supplied by Ducray Lenoir continue to operate reliably and safely throughout their operational life. Because many of these systems are used in healthcare, laboratories and critical environments, equipment reliability and uptime are essential.
Our team focuses on preventive maintenance, rapid technical response, and long-term equipment lifecycle support to minimise downtime and ensure continuity of operations for our customers. Beyond technical repairs, we aim to build long-term partnerships with our clients by providing reliable support, professional service, and technical expertise whenever it is needed.
Through a combination of field service support, workshop repairs, spare parts management, and close collaboration with equipment manufacturers, the division ensures consistent performance, safety, and compliance of the equipment we support.
The AfterSales & Project Division is responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance, calibration, validation, repair, and technical support of medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment supplied by the company. The division ensures that all equipment installed at hospitals, laboratories, clinics, industrial sites, and government institutions operates efficiently, safely, and according to manufacturer specifications throughout its lifecycle.
The division also manages technical and infrastructure projects involving the installation and relocation of specialized equipment such as laboratory systems, medical imaging equipment, hospital equipment, and analytical instruments. This includes site surveys, site preparation coordination, equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, calibration, validation, user training, and final handover to the client.

The AfterSales & Project team works closely with international manufacturers and partners to provide technical support, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, repairs, spare parts replacement, upgrades, and service contracts. The team responds to customer service requests, performs remote diagnostics and on-site interventions, maintains service documentation and traceability records, and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction through reliable and timely technical support.
Ducray Lenoir places strong emphasis on customer support, equipment lifecycle management, compliance with manufacturer and safety standards, and long-term service relationships. This is supported by its workshop facilities, trained technicians and service engineers, spare parts management, and a structured service support system established to maintain and service equipment supplied to customers across Mauritius and the region.
