  • Assist the HOD in the preparation of the monthly and annual budget per product, customer and Supplier
  • Ensure Sales forecasts are achieved within the allocated customer portfolio
  • Maintain a healthy client-based relation, increase visibility and sales of company products
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales report to the HOD
  • Exchange information between company and customers in line with market dynamics
  • Prepare weekly visit plan and visit reports
  • Provide technical information to customers, as and when required
  • Engage with managers and buyers to negotiate for better shelf space, promotional visibility, and favourable terms
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships to support long-term growth
  • Present, promote products and effectively close sales deals
  • Monitor Monthly Customer Performance v/s budget
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly targets are met or exceeded
  • Train retail staff and new customers on product features, usage, and benefits to increase brand knowledge and drive sales
  • Ensure that all customer orders are accurately captured and processed in real-time using company-provided tablets or digital tools in collaboration with Sales Support
  • Submit daily/weekly reports detailing store visits, stock levels, shelf conditions, competitor activity, and sales performance
  • Introduce and explain new products to customers
  • Submit sales forecast for products to be ordered with 3 months advance
  • Prepare and get approval action plan for stock items which have expiry dates of less than six months
  • Prepare and report in the event of stock unavailability and pharmacovigilance
  • Handle and upload customer complaints on system
  • Min HSC preferably science & Sales oriented, any higher education gives a competitive edge
  • Minimum 6 months including a minimum related experience in sales of pharma product
  • Solution oriented with an analytical approach to sales performance and market trend.
